This year in the university

This academic year was very unstable, because I had months very relax, with nothing to do and others months very stressful, with very good subjects and lousy subjects. The first half-year all my subjects were taxes by the career then I didn’t had other election and in general the evaluations were written reports and some tests. The second semester, I has option for choose my subjects, but despite this I had the obligation of take one subject of each area of the psychology so this semester I take all subjects more boring for example “Intervención en dotación”. But in general was two subjects made me realize my future employment. There are “Intervención Comunitaria” with the teacher Germán Rozas and “Psicología Educacional Escolar” with the teacher Rodrigo Cornejo.

During the first semester, the subject “Psicología Laboral” was that more hate, the worst subject but not for the teacher if not that because I don’t like even I had to give exam, but I passed. In the subject “Psicología Educacional” I learned quite and with me group we were do the written report very large where we had to work a lot, so we can’t sleep for a few nights, but the results were wonderful, there we had to enter in the scholar world and talk with teachers. Another class that I remember is “Psicología comunitaria”, this was a great class, we had to visit a “CESFAM” located in “La Legua” and we knew about the reality of that community.
Now, about the second part of the year. Just two classes were my favorites, the others just were a problem for me, I just lost my time in there. In “Intervención Comunitaria” I’m doing a workshop of theatre called “teatro peyo” in Peñalolen, in the community “Esperanza Andina”. It have been a very good experience, because children have learn a lot and I have known how affront them. On the other hand it is “Psicología Escolar” I have known an amazing school where all community participate.
Such as I have told you it had been a semester with highs and lows, but I have learnt some things and now when the year is finishing I know in what area I want to develop myself. An option is work in a school such a educational psychologist and the other is work with people in their communities being a Community psychologist.

Friends

My best best friend is Francesca Santoro and we are friends since for six years ago when I was sixteen years. She is a very spiritual person, loyal and interesting friendand but her main feature is her great laugh. She We were classmates for a long time but we did not speak. I met her a day of June in my school in the year 2000. I remember that day was cold because it was winter. She invited me to participate to in a juvenile pastoral located in Matta Avenue place far away from my house. I stayed there and to this day we don’t stop to talk of the live.
In my opinion have or make friends is not an easy task. When I go to a party is very rare I make very friend. Have good friend is a great effort and dedication. In a friend I value your loyalty primarily and your concern because when I am sad he has to be there at all time. For me the friends are one of the most important things in the live because they always will understand and besides the family they always support you and they will be there.
I consider myself a good friend because I care about them, I will spend time, I call them and I am going to visit when they are sad but also to talk about life. A very sad history was when a good friend defrauded me and all because a stupid reason. Guess? Yes, it was by a man. Than we were silly ! But I prefer don’t to talk of that. But a good news is that I even beside me with hight school friend and this is very funny but we remember old time and we laughted a lot when remember were kids.

SaNTiaGo

Santiago is a town of great fun, because it has many places to know. If you are tourist and do not Santiago you should visit in the first place the beautiful hills: Santa Lucia and San Cristobal because they are a lot of green areas, fresh air and also you can see all Santiago from the top of the hills. Inside the San Cristobal hill is the zoo with many animals and also with our native animals of Chile as the flamenco, llama and condor. Another “tipical place” is La Moneda what is the government palace in Chile where is our president Michelle Bachelet. Addition, other important place is “Plaza Italia” as focus point of the town.
If you are boring you should walk by “ Paseo las Tarrias” or “Bellas Artes” because there is bohemians cafes where you can eat delicious cakes and tasty cafes and sing music live in the cafes in also you can see art in the museum. But if you are still you must go to “Barrio Bellavista” there is dance and take a drink in differents night clubs another in Santiago the party last all night. But if you want to buy cheap clothes you must go to “Patronato” or “Estacion Central” find there nice clothes and pretty. But if this is just you can go to see a good movie in the centre of Santiago or others cinemas.
I hope you like these places. If I were a tourist I woul visit “Cerro San Cristobal, Paseo las Tarria and Bellas Artes”.

Transantiago

The Transantiago system has been quite a revolution in our capital. In my opinion this means of the transport have good input and besides other bad ideas. For example the bus model is much better than the previous bus because this is more comfortable as people will not so tight and the seats are comfortable. Another plus is that it no time is spent in getting coins to pay the ticket because now is the bip card. The problem is when I have not money and the minimum load is $300. Now, the transantiago have some problems with the tours, because I took a one bus to reach Pedro de Valdivia with Grecia, but in this moments or I walk some blocks or I took other bus what takes more time. Fortunately in my case, this change I have not brought very problems because the tour from my house to the university is direct and I take one bus :)

When Transantiago started I was totally confused because I was standing in the whereabouts long time to look for the numbers of the old bus because I forget that the routes and the numbers also changed. Then after a while I could get used to the system.
I think it is good but could be better!

I love MUsiC!!!!!!

In my life I have had a lot changes with respect to the music. Passing the rock music until ballads music. But I have to say first encounter with the music was when I discovered I had talent with the sing and from there onward I started playing instruments and tune my ear. I like today listen and sing folklore not only with my friend and my family but also in the public transport. When I sing and also when I listen to the music I feel like elsewhere, the music I love, makes me dreams and I think will always be a song for every person and moment.
My favorite singers are the fabulous rocker Fito Paez , Fernando Delgadillo, Manuel Garcia, Nirvana, Alejandro Filio and the romantic music “ Ricardo Arjona” although today is failing me a bit because his repertoire of songs has not changed much but still I like. One of my favorites songs is “ Entre pairos y derivas” of Delgadillo, this is a beautiful romantic song which make me think that love exists along with “ Un vestido y un amor” of Fito Paez. In reality I have more song but if you want you can ask.
I love the music!!!... and If I could not hesitate for a second and I would be happy being a singer, I have my instrument and sure! I have my own band. But now never stop dreaming and I will sing in the public transport.

My favourite country

One of my favourite places is Italy because is a magical country. I would like to visit this place in any moment of my life. A day my uncle arrive of Italy with very souvenirs for all family and I likes the beautiful pictures of every village of the Italy. The landscape was particularly, the people were different and the architecture was of old art with many churches. I was enchanted. When I am there I take very pictures of all places in Italy, I will walk for all parks and I will visit every museum but the most important is I will eat the traditional food like noodles, pizzas and the delicious lasagna. And finally I could to visit Grecia throughout its history especially for the gods and their customs.
If I had enough money I would be very happy in Italy and I would be interesting because I will speak Italian and maybe I would have a family or a boyfriend. But it would be difficult work in my area the Psychology, although may try because if not can be I dedicate work with the paint because I like very much. On the other hand I would like study Italian art history or European art history.
Hopefully that dream come true. :)

First term. Good and bad points

In general, the first term went very irregular because I had happy and sad moments along the time. Regarding the university went streesfull for me, many nights without sleep making seminaries and tests for the differents subjects and the worst went the labor psychology in this term because I hate work in the offices in company. With regard to free time activities me I ran near my house and I practided african dance in the university but I had very lazy and I not had very free time. Homever in this moment I have one challenge and this is make very exercise and I eat healthy foods for not stressfull in this term. A important event for me was when my best friend was travelling to Francia for work with christian people in the youth encounter in Taize village. And when I was to see her off at the airport I was sad even cry but also very happy for her althought greatly missed my best friend because I can't see until three month from now.

Ideal job

My ideal job would be to work in communities especially with poor children because need them. I also want to do humanistc therapy, in this case psychodrama with this population. But have this job, I would need to be a nice person for approach me to childrens. Also professionale I have to know work with groups and to do therapies for them. And if this is not enough I have to know listening people problems and of course always I have to find the best for my childrens.
I think really I would a good professional in this job because I love work with groups and first with childrens because they need the best in yours lives. Besides the work with body and the theater I like very much because it is terapy in children can to be more easy as they are more spontaneous and creative.
The difficult of this job are the few resources and the labour conditions in this area because the population is poor but with enthusiasm evererything can be achieve.

My favourite subject

My favourite subject is communitary psichology, because I like work with people groups and above all with poor children, who have social and psychological problems. The teachers in charge of the course are Germán Rozas, Rodrigo Quiroz and Rodolfo Sapieins and a broad group of attendees. This semester I had learnt investiagtion methodolies applied in comunities, like the participatory action research. I could learn about the power that people have to change their lifes and the importance that have the civilian participation inside of the comunities. Besides I'd worked in places where this approach it's applied with people groups, for example: in a family health center in "La Legua".

My Future

In five year from now, I don't really know what I'm doing, but my claims are going to Haiti for a year like a volunteer, to help the people who really need it. Besides in the professional area I would like work with people groups, especially with poor children, doing humanistic therapies to develop their latent habilities and capabilities. I hope to be independent and live with my best friend Francesca in a confortable flat around of the centre of Santiago. Also I would like to have my own space to paint, take photos and sing. in ten year from now, I would like to have a family, an handsome and smart man like husband and at least three children, and trip with them all around the world.

JaCoB LeVy MoReNO...**

There are in Psychology a lot of important figures, but is very complicated to know who is the best because everyone is representative in its area. For me the best is Jacob Levy Moreno because is the founder of Psycodrama since 1921. Moreno is a talent person because invented
group psychotherapy and the Stegreiftheatre and was a good psychiatrist, teacher and psycho sociologist of him time. I like very much Moreno because I like the psycodrama therapy because is a form of help persons working in groups using the spontaneity and creativity in human progress as tools for psychotherapy besides because use body movements and in general all body and mind mixed the treatre and theory... Moreno is a genius because of invented a wonderful therapy!!

My Career

In this University I am since 2006, but I am in Psychology in the year 2007 because I did Bachillerato. I chose this career after I think much time , because I has confused because I like very much the Medicin especially the Psychiatry. I love Psychology because is really interesting in the study of behavior of the people as well this career have a lot of specialties differents.
The best this career is that I can to learn much subjects that make me possible help to others persons that a problem in your life. In this third years I can say that I'm happy in my carrer! but the worst is that we need more practice and not more theory. We need go out and learn with the people in the hospitals, streets and the public sector.
I want be a very good professional in Psychology, I want help communities in humanist therapy and gave thew all my knowledge.

My favourite Photography

I took picture this summer, in my holidays in Valparaiso. This photo I love me. First because Valparaiso is a place wonderfull and because I like take picture.
This cave painting captured the beautiful countryside of Valparaiso. Its houses very old, its streets with every history and magic and its fishing port with yours histories of the bottom of the sea.
The elevators are very rustic and antique make of Valparaiso a country full popular culture and art.
With see this picture, I remember the longs walks for my favourite place: VALPARAISO.

I think this photo represent happiness, culture, history and the simplicity of the village.

My bed

Since I was born, I have my bed and never I like it change. My bed have a history, because It was made for my father's grandmother and I never really got to know her, but she died before My parentes married and I not was born. This bed is really important for me, bescause is only keepsake for her and I like to look after it. Two years ago, I painted, cleaned and repaired my bed and it is as good as new. A thing important is that My bed is very comfortable but one thing is bad It much ring because my bed is made of very old wood.
I like my bed because this form is old as if it was of Renaissance. My bed have columns of wood and it has carved pictures more pretty.
My mother always say me that I have to change my bed for other, but I not like and I want keep for many years more.

MY LAST VACATION

This year, I went to a lot of places. In January, my family and me went to la Serena, we enjoyed the sun bathed, swan in the sea, eat so much food, and walk for differents places in la Serena.

Starting in February, My family and me went to Linares with my mother's family, exactly in the Achibueno river. Was very funny because everybody swan in the river, every day went excursion and ate many home made bread. In this place I increased a few pounds.

After of a few days, I went to Villa Alemana at my friend's house. In this place, I made lots of things. With my friend, we went to Valparaiso and we climbed hills and we took many pictures.

A day, we went to Limache with her friends and we played waterpolo.

Finally, in March my best friend and me went to Con-Con, this days the weather is a little cold, but was nice. We much slept and much walked in the sea. The finish of my holidays went much relax and loose but all my holidays went many incredible.

MY BEST FRIEND

I went to the church and i like very much because spoke with her a lot of time and we realised that we had the same interest. We liked the same , artists, music and food but she liked a different clothes because she used to wear with black clothes although i made her change her likes to coloured clothes. We also love to sing. From this moment we are friends and we always go out everything together.
After school, we have not lost contact. Now she study physical educacion in Cardenal Silva Henriquez University; Now we can see every saturdays and we go to parties an dancing a lot.
she makes me laugh a lot, because she is fun and outgoing and a very wonderful person and in the future, I want that she will be godmother of one of my childrens.

MY LIFE

Hello friends... My name is Anita Fuentes, but my nickname is Any. I am twenty one years old and my birthday is in January sixteen. I am from Chilito pretty and in this moment I live in Santiago. I study Psicology in the Universidad de Chile, this is my thirth year in this career, because I studied before Bachillerato at the same university four year ago.In my free time i like do more things, to sing, play the piano and the guitar, I also like paint differents figures. On the other hand I go the church every saturday , besides I like jogging and dancing african dance.
